J&Y Stays LLC is a family-owned company with years of experience in short-term rental management. We short-term rent homes we own in three states — Texas, Arizona, and Missouri — and we've recently begun rental arbitrage to expand our operations in El Paso.

Operating as JY Stays, we provide clean, comfortable, fully-equipped short-term rentals near military bases across the United States. We know that a PCS move, a TDY assignment, or a visit to family in uniform can be stressful, so we focus on the one thing that makes it easier: a reliable place to land.
Every home in our catalog is hand-picked for an easy commute to the gate and stocked with the essentials — full kitchens, in-home laundry, fast Wi-Fi, and free parking. Many of our homes are pet-friendly and sized for the whole family, because a move rarely happens alone.
Whether you need a few nights or a few months, our goal is the same: to give service members and their families a comfortable, dependable home away from home.
