Rental arbitrage is where an individual or entity leases a property from a landlord and then subleases it to short-term tenants, often through platforms like Airbnb or Vrbo. In practice, that means we become your reliable monthly tenant — and handle everything involved in running the property as a short-term rental.

Your property will be professionally cleaned after each tenant — on average twice a week. This keeps things looking nice and new, and identifies maintenance problems early, before they become more serious.
