One-Time Cleaning

We conduct a thorough deep clean of your home or rental property — a single, no-commitment service that leaves the space spotless and guest-ready.

Routine Cleaning Contract

You run your Airbnb guest booking and day-to-day operations, and we keep the property turnover-ready. Once a guest checks out, we conduct a same-day thorough cleaning to prep for the next guest.

Every turnover includes

  • Vacuuming

Short-Term Rental Management

Keep ownership of your property while we run it as a short-term rental. We take a percentage of the short-term-rental profits, and you furnish the property.

Full Rental Arbitrage

Prefer predictable income with zero hosting overhead? We lease the property from you as your tenants and run it as a short-term rental ourselves. Both parties sign a short-term-rental addendum allowing us to sublease, we furnish the property, and you receive a steady monthly rental income.
